At DREMA, the largest and most prestigious meeting of the wood and furniture industry in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, the Polish branch of the Felder Group could not be missing. This brand is the world’s leader of the production of innovative machines used for woodworking.

„We are a company which is nowadays led by the third generation of our family. Every generation brought their own ideas for further activities of the company. Currently, both the management of the company and all of its employees see that the future of the wood industry lies in its automation and robotization, topics that are discussed this week at the Poznań International Trade Fair,” says Bożena Bozoń, marketing manager of the Felder Group.

According to her, this is a result of trends on the job market. However, for consumers and producers, such a situation brings new promising opportunities.

„For many years, the DREMA trade fair has provided an opportunity for exhibitors not only to show their product offers, but also to discuss development prospects for the industry and the economy as a whole. The use of modern technologies in the wood industry will bring positive results in the coming years in terms of efficiency of facilities and reduction of impact on the environment,” states Bożena Bizoń.

The DREMA Fair is the only event organized in Poland that is mentioned on the list of 14 global exhibitions devoted to the woodworking industry, officially supported by the European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers, EUMABOIS. According to the latest data collected by trade fair institutions, the exhibition is ranked fifth among the world's most important expositions, right next to Germany's LIGNA, Italy's XYLEXPO, America's IWF Atlanta and China's WMF Shanghai.
