Grupa MTP restaurants once again featured in the MICHELIN Guide. A unique culinary offer for DREMA participants
Two restaurants belonging to Grupa MTP — PASODOBRE Restaurant & Tapas Bar and Port Sołacz — have been included in the prestigious MICHELIN Guide Poland for the third time. This is excellent news also for participants of DREMA, who, during their stay in Poznań, can enjoy a culinary offer recognised by one of the world’s most renowned gastronomic guides.

This year’s edition of the MICHELIN Guide Poland is particularly special, as for the first time it covers the entire country, including towns and cities previously not featured in the guide. A total of 196 restaurants from across Poland were recognised, and the new selection was announced on 27 May during a ceremony at the ICE Kraków Congress Center.
A particularly convenient venue for trade fair guests is PASODOBRE Restaurant & Tapas Bar, located practically on the grounds of the Poznań International Fair. This allows DREMA participants to naturally combine an intensive day of business meetings with a memorable culinary experience — inviting contractors, partners or clients for talks over tapas, or ending the day with an elegant dinner in a Mediterranean atmosphere.

PASODOBRE specialises in authentic Spanish cuisine. Created out of a passion for the culture of the Iberian Peninsula, it is a place that works perfectly both for business meetings and for more informal conversations with trade fair guests. The variety of dishes, the richness of tapas and the welcoming atmosphere make the restaurant an excellent culinary point on the map of events held at MTP.
The second Grupa MTP restaurant distinguished in the MICHELIN Guide is Port Sołacz — a restaurant and boutique hotel located in one of Poznań’s most beautiful parks, in a carefully revitalised historic building that is over one hundred years old. It is an excellent venue for a business dinner with company partners, especially when a quieter atmosphere, elegant surroundings and cuisine based on seasonal products and high-quality ingredients are desired.
It is also worth considering accommodation at Port Sołacz during DREMA. The property is located in a unique park setting, while at the same time being only a few minutes’ drive from the exhibition grounds of the Poznań International Fair. It is an attractive option for those who, after an intensive day at the fair, wish to relax in an intimate and comfortable place without giving up convenient access to the event.

The continued presence of PASODOBRE and Port Sołacz in the MICHELIN Guide confirms the consistently high standard maintained by both venues. For DREMA participants, it is an additional advantage of staying in Poznań — the opportunity to hold business conversations and build relationships in places recognised by culinary experts.
Congratulations to the teams of PASODOBRE and Port Sołacz, and we encourage DREMA participants to discover the flavours that have once again earned a place in the MICHELIN Guide Poland.
