Share

At exactly 10:00 a.m., the entrance gates to DREMA 2026 opened. The first visitors are already at the Poznań International Fair, and four days of the latest technologies, live machinery demonstrations, expert meetings, and events focused on the future of the woodworking and furniture industries are now underway.

This year’s 42nd edition of DREMA is being held in a refreshed format, with an even stronger focus on connecting technology with practical applications. Visitors can explore machinery, tools, and solutions for the woodworking and furniture sectors, test power tools, take part in demonstrations and workshops, and speak directly with manufacturers and industry experts.

DREMA 2026 is not only about the exhibition itself. An important part of this year’s programme is a series of expert events dedicated to automation, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, the development of production technologies, and the current challenges facing the sector. Over the four days, the programme includes Forum AI – DREMA 5.0, the 3rd Forum of Technologists, the 11th National Furniture Congress, Wood Games, as well as workshops and practical demonstrations.

The first day of DREMA 2026

Today at 10:30 a.m., the official Opening of DREMA 2026 and Awards Gala will take place on the Knowledge Stage in Pavilion 5. During the ceremony, the winners of the MTP Group Gold Medal competition will be honoured, and the Acanthus Aureus statuettes will also be presented.

At 11:15 a.m., also on the Knowledge Stage in Pavilion 5, Forum AI – DREMA 5.0 will begin. Experts will demonstrate how artificial intelligence is already being used in areas such as quality control, production processes, machinery operation, and the forestry and woodworking sectors.

Visitors can also look forward to woodworking workshops, power tool testing, the Parquet Zone, the Health & Safety Zone, forklift demonstrations, the qualifying rounds of the 25th Polish Nail Driving Championships, and the “Enchanted in Wood” competition exhibition.

DREMA 2026 will continue until Friday, 11 September.
