First time in Poland – new vacuum dryer from Metal-technika
For the first time in Poland! At DREMA 2025 in Poznań, Metal-Technika will unveil its most important innovation of the year – an absolutely innovative vacuum dryer with side loading. This will be the very first public presentation of such a machine in Poland. If you thought there was nothing new to see at the fair, it’s time to change your mind – this is where the breakthrough premiere will take place.
– “This is a novelty that may surprise our customers. We are beginning the production of vacuum dryers. It is a completely new direction for us, which is why we have partnered with a specialist in vacuum drying. The first machine is already under construction,” says Piotr Falana, Sales Director at Metal-Technika.
Why is this premiere so special?
The new vacuum dryer has been designed with unique features. Its construction allows for loading both from the top and from the side, which makes operation significantly easier and much more flexible. The machine will also be equipped with its own crane for heating plates, and thanks to its compact design, it can be transported by truck and used in different locations – even as a mobile service.
– “In this case, innovation lies in the way the material is loaded. Our dryer can be opened from both the top and the side, which makes loading and unloading much easier. It is also designed to be compact, so it can be transported and used in different facilities,” emphasizes Piotr Falana.
The first unit will serve as a demonstration and testing machine – customers will be able to rent it, connect it in their own plant, and see for themselves the advantages it offers compared to conventional convection dryers.
Other highlights from Metal-Technika at DREMA 2025
While the vacuum dryer will undoubtedly be the star of the show, Metal-Technika will also present several other innovations:
- Next-generation optimizers – even more efficient and flexible, based on the concept of global optimization.
- Complete process automation – from simple material handling systems to fully integrated production lines that can increase efficiency by dozens of percent.
- Through-feed drilling machine for turned beams – a custom project that performs over 20 holes per minute, drastically reducing the number of operators and speeding up production.
