Schiele is focussing on the engineering of coating machines, especially when it comes to vacuum coating.
It's VACUMAT® can be used for profile coating and edge coating with waterborne or UV-lacquer.
Schiele's biggest innovation is related to edge coating with the VACUMAT® FlexCoat for furniture, kitchen cabinets, etc.
It is now possible not only to apply waterborne or UV-lacquer, but also solvent-based lacquer with the VACUMAT®! Further, a colour change from black to white is possible within less than 10 seconds.
Apart from edge coating, Schiele can also apply UV-lacquer onto profiles that are milled and drilled without coating into the holes.
Recently, the company has gained experience in drying with UV-LED and is able to provide a complete line-concept for its customers.
