PRINZ POLSKA manufactures industrial chain saws for cutting wood, paper, plastics and plasterboard in Austria, and sells and services them in Central and Eastern European markets. It provides support during purchase and operation. It offers presentations, installation and expert advice. In the process of drying buildings using the cutting method, we supply machines, insulation materials and PRINZ technology for efficient drying of walls in buildings.
During this year's DREMA, PRINZ POLSKA will present the following products:
- package cutting stations (MOBILCUT)
Stationary saws with precise curved cutting system guidance, a choice between machines with manual feed, stations with electric cutting system feed, and the most advanced version with automatic positioning of the cutting unit at the desired length, pneumatic package clamping, and a cut opening system.
Optimal performance: up to approx. 30 packages per shift.
- Automatic package cutting lines (PC120)
The most efficient and accurate automatic cutting lines designed for fully automatic operation, machines equipped with the most advanced control systems with 100 cutting programmes, where each programme allows a long package to be cut into 20 shorter ones, fully automatically, including automatic reference/alignment cutting, automatic strapping of the package with tapes, packaging, storage buffers for packages before/after cutting, etc.
Optimal performance: over 40 packages per shift.
