PRINZ Poland, a company with Austrian roots, specializes in the production of mobile and stationary chain cutting systems for the timber industry.

Cutting chains and guides or drive cogs and guide rollers for chain systems, dripping stations and sorting and handling trucks of all makes are also a key area of production.

Years of practice and emphasis on developing a research and improvement program, in cooperation with the Technical University of Vienna and the German Max-Planck Institute, have enabled the company to obtain a number of patents and utility models. Continuous development of material research, production upgrades, new designs and technologies guarantee the highest quality products.

All the systems offered fully comply with strict European standards, meet occupational safety requirements and are manufactured in the Austrian factory in Loosdorf.

The large scope of in-house production allows PRINZ to respond quickly to new market trends and to flexibly accommodate individual customer requests.

The company exports more than 90% of its products to all continents, to more than 120 countries around the world.

At DREMA, PRINZ will present, among others:

Packet dripping stations (MOBILCUT)

Stationary saws with accurate guidance of the cutting system along a curve, the possibility to choose between a machine with manual feeds, through stations with electric feed of the cutting system to the most extensive version with automatic positioning of the cutting unit at the desired length, pneumatic pressure of packages or a system for opening the cut.

Optimum productivity: up to about 30 packages per shift.

 

Automatic package cutting lines (PC120)

The most efficient and accurate automatic dripping lines suitable for fully automatic operation, machines equipped with the most advanced control systems taking into account 100 cutting programs, where each program allows a long package to be cut into 20 shorter ones, fully automatically, including automatic reference/alignment cutting, automatic package strapping, bundling, package storage buffers before/after cutting, etc.

Optimum productivity: more than 40 packages per shift.
