The DREMA Fair is the most important and the most prestigious meeting of the wood and furniture industry in Poland and this part of Europe. Until Friday, September 16, representatives of both leading global brands and small and medium-sized enterprises will be discussing the most important challenges of this industry, crucial for the Polish economy, on the premises of the Poznań International Trade Fair.

„After two years of pandemic, the turnout actually surprised us very positively. Representatives of the wood and furniture industry, as well as their business partners and customers from all over the world have come to the capital of Greater Poland, says Andrzej Półrolniczak, the director of DREMA and the president of the DROMA Association of Manufacturers of Woodworking Machinery, Devices and Tools.

The expert adds that in addition to the countless number of exhibitions, stands, robots and machines, what deserves special attention at this year's DREMA Fair is the exposition organized as part of the "DREMA for Children from Ukraine" project.

„It is a miniaturized and completely automated factory working in front of our visitors. During the event they will produce one hundred sets of children's furniture, which will then be donated to orphanages in Ukraine," explains Andrzej Półrolniczak.

The DREMA Fair is the only event organized in Poland that is mentioned on the list of 14 global exhibitions devoted to the woodworking industry, officially supported by the European Federation of Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers, EUMABOIS. According to the latest data collected by trade fair institutions, the exhibition is ranked fifth among the world's most important expositions, right next to Germany's LIGNA, Italy's XYLEXPO, America's IWF Atlanta and China's WMF Shanghai.
